About the role

The demand for skilled technology professionals continues to grow, making competition for talent more intense than ever. To succeed, we need a strong and differentiated employer brand that resonates with current and future tech talent.

We are now looking for an experienced Employer Branding Project Manager to partner closely with our Technology area and drive strategic and operational employer branding initiatives. In this role, you will act as the dedicated Employer Branding expert for one of SEB’s largest talent areas, working at the intersection of business strategy, talent acquisition, communication, and employee engagement.

You will be part of SEB’s Group Employer Branding team consisting of 15 people, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across technology area, HR, Talent Acquisition, Communications, and external partners.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the Employer Branding lead and trusted advisor for SEB’s technology area, across Sweden and the Baltic region.

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies and activity plans that support current and future technology talent needs.

• Translate business priorities, workforce plans, and talent challenges into impactful employer branding initiatives.

• Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to strengthen SEB’s attractiveness among technology professionals.

• Drive projects aimed at increasing awareness, engagement, and preference for SEB as a technology employer.

• Collaborate with fellow Employer Branding specialists to deliver campaigns, content, events, partnerships, and candidate experience initiatives.

• Manage employer branding investments and partnerships with universities, networks, conferences, and industry communities relevant to the technology talent market.

• Use market insights, talent intelligence, and data to continuously evaluate and optimize employer branding efforts.

• Contribute to broader initiatives within Employer Branding, Talent Management, and HR, both as a project manager and as part of cross-functional teams.

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience within Employer Branding, Employee Experience, or a related field.

• Proven experience developing and executing employer branding strategies and projects.

• Experience working with technology talent segments and a good understanding of the technology talent market.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across different functions and seniority levels.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills and experience creating compelling talent propositions and narratives.

• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions and recommendations.

• Experience supporting business transformation and change initiatives through employer branding, communication, and stakeholder engagement is considered a strong advantage.

• Experience working in complex organizations with operations across multiple markets is also highly valued.
