Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced, results-driven, AI-forward product manager to join Atlassian's Strategy Collection product management team! Strategy Collection is Atlassian’s "roof of the house" for the Atlassian System of Work that aligns a company's strategy to its execution. This role will define and deliver experiences for Talent within Strategy Collection. You will be responsible for driving experience innovation and impact on the Talent app, gathering customer feedback and improving the product from the ground up.
This is a hands-on position; we are looking for someone who is autonomous, strong at execution, can break down a grand vision into meaningful first steps, and lead or influence teams to get it over the line. This is a highly strategic, cross-functional product management role with significant executive visibility. This role reports directly to the Head of Product of Strategy Collection.

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including SAAS product management in a 0-1 environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in GenAI systems (LLMs, RAG, prompt design, evaluation frameworks).
- Direct experience building or shipping SAAS features
- Ability to prototype with AI tools such as Replit, Claude Code, etc.
- Strong enterprise SaaS background with experience operating at strategic, multi-product scope.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills including the ability to influence stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
- Technical fluency to work deeply with engineering and ML teams.
- Ability to identify customer problems, size opportunities, prioritize effectively, and drive teams from ambiguity to execution.
- Direct experience in Talent, HR Tech, recruiting, employee experience, workforce planning, or adjacent domains is a strong plus.
