As part of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you will contribute to strategic product development projects, collaborating with international teams, customers, certification bodies, and cross-functional stakeholders to bring innovative solutions to market.
About the Role As a Project Analyst (NPD), you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating certification activities with Independent Verification Agents (IVAs) and other certification bodies throughout the project lifecycle;
- Supporting Project Managers and Technical Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring New Product Development projects;
- Managing the preparation, issuance, and control of project and certification documentation;
- Acting as a key interface between customers, certification bodies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project alignment;
- Preparing meeting minutes, project progress reports, and technical documentation to support project execution;
- Monitoring project schedules, documentation registers, and administrative activities related to customer-funded development projects;
- Collaborating with global teams to ensure project deliverables meet technical, contractual, quality, and certification requirements.
What You Need to Have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field;
- Advanced English proficiency;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Experience with technical documentation management;
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience in offshore, subsea, oil and gas, or manufacturing environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with certification and verification processes (IVA, DNV, Bureau Veritas, or equivalent);
- Knowledge of flexible pipe products and New Product Development qualification projects.
