What You Will Get To Do:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Business Analyst to GlobeOp Fund Accounting Business
- Understand and map operational business processes across teams to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions using internal systems, automation tools, and scripting.
- Design and implement automation solutions (e.g., Excel VBA, scripts, workflow tools) to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency using generative AI.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand current workflows and propose practical system or tool enhancements.
- Support the implementation and adoption of internal systems and technology tools across teams.
- Support process improvement initiatives as the key coordinator.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions align with operational needs.
- Conduct testing, validation, and documentation of automation solutions prior to deployment.
- Monitor implemented solutions and continuously identify further opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
- Participate in internal projects involving system enhancements, workflow redesign, or technology adoption.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, business analysis, or techno-functional roles.
- Strong ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into system or automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of Excel automation (VBA), scripting, or basic programming required.
- Familiarity with LLM and generative AI usage for development work, process improvement and productivity.
- Experience using or implementing automation tools, workflow tools, or data processing technologies is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems and technology platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across operational and technical teams.
- Good project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
- Self-starter with a continuous improvement and automation mindset.
