This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Job Overview:

The Financial Analyst acts as a strategic business partner. You will communicate results and recommendations that drive cost reduction, revenue generation, and operational improvement. This deadline-driven role handles highly sensitive information and requires a deep understanding of complex financial processes. You will directly support senior leadership across our retail, commercial, and service divisions, collaborating with teams to build strategic plans and deliver meaningful performance insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze internal financial statements and cost center income statements.
  • Partner with leadership to produce weekly, monthly, annual, and multi-year forecasts.
  • Explain monthly variances, identify risks, and highlight new profitability opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance metrics and financial ratios.
  • Work with Operations, Finance, and Accounting to build executive-level insights.
  • Lead special reporting projects, decision-support modeling, and data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
  • 1 to 3 years of dedicated FP&A experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial accounting and reporting concepts.
  • Advanced Excel expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous datasets into clean executive formats.
  • Strong active listening, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and calm under tight deadlines.
