Full description

This role provides expert functional support and business analysis for financial systems to meet operational and reporting needs. Identify and drive process and system enhancements to improve efficiencies. Lead new system implementations and upgrades. Develop comprehensive training materials. Serve as the first level of support for development, support, and business analysis of financial systems. Lead and support process and system enhancements, and manage project responsibilities including project lead and reporting.

Provide Functional Support and Business Analysis: Troubleshoot production issues, fulfill customer requests promptly, conduct root-cause analysis, and develop solutions to prevent recurring issues. Identify and Drive Enhancements: Improve efficiencies within financial systems by developing detailed business requirements and managing user testing to ensure successful implementation. Lead System Implementations and Upgrades: Oversee business process design, develop detailed business requirements, and manage user testing to ensure successful completion of implementations or upgrades. Develop Training Materials and Conduct Training: Create training materials for financial applications and conduct training sessions as needed. Develop and Maintain Documentation: Maintain documentation for new and existing systems and processes.

105,232.10 - 142,310.44 Qualifications:

Education

  • Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Preferred Master's Degree

Experience • Required 5+ Years experience in a functional role supporting PeopleSoft Financials

Knowledge Skills and Abilities • Working knowledge of PeopleTools and SQR

  • Ability to articulate complex system processes
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service acumen
  • Proven time management skills with the ability to multi-task and quickly respond to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in writing SQL statements
