Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to enable the growth and development of our most valuable asset, our employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement that enables the organization to accelerate outcomes for our clients. As a Learning Systems Business Partner, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing learning initiatives that align with our organizational goals. By partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to assess learning needs, the candidate will be able to deliver impactful solutions and measure their effectiveness. The Learning Systems Business Partner will strategically implement and oversee the ongoing administration and reporting of our Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) and Ed Cast LXP to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of compliance, employee, and leadership development programs delivered via eLearning and virtual cohorts. Further, this role will serve as a critical consultant as we prepare to expand our Cornerstone products to include the Talent Marketplace which will enable career pathing for employees.
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, Operations, Quality, Reporting, Workforce Management and department heads to identify learning and development needs aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop modular training aligned to Core, Shared, and Contract‑Specific requirement(s), while applying component content management principles: reusable content chunks across Core/Shared/Contract‑Specific, localization readiness, and release management.
- “Ensure all training programs align with contract requirements, performance guarantees, and state/federal regulations.”
- Support development of eLearning modules, new-hire training, go‑live materials, and onboarding curricula.
- Use AI‑assisted workflows (drafting, QA, media creation, translation) following governance and PHI protection rules.
- Upload and publish training content to the LMS; maintain metadata, assignments, and version history.
- Create blended learning solutions leveraging e-learning platforms, workshops, on-the-job training, and external partnerships, establishing KPIs to measure the success and ROI of learning outcomes.
- Build and maintain training environments and test scenarios; troubleshoot setup issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure training content aligns with LMS structure and governance standards.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring it is up-to-date and functioning efficiently.
- Document processes and standard procedures for security roles, groups, etc., and all other LMS interactions with and for the team and business.
- Partner with L&OD leadership and the business to guide governance standardization for learning teams within the organization.
- Upload and maintain course content, manage user access, and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Utilize Cornerstone LMS and LXP products, and/or AI to customize learning paths by role, etc. to best meet the needs of the organization in alignment with accreditation needs.
- Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and analytics for all learning activities through the LMS.
- Participate in organizational audits, providing training and learning data for URAC and other accreditation agencies.
- Provide go‑live support, demonstrations, guided practice, and respond to learner questions.
- Integrate call‑center operational insights including QA calibration loops, WFM coordination, and linking training to handle time, QA scores, FCR, and adherence.
- Provide regular training and support to employees and managers on LMS usage and features.
- Generate regular reports on program effectiveness and LMS usage to guide decision-making.
- Use data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in learning programs.
- Ensure all training environments, assets, and screenshots follow PHI redaction and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Leverage learning technologies (e.g., LMS, virtual training platforms) to deliver and track programs efficiently.
- Foster a learning culture that encourages curiosity, innovation, and collaboration and partner with HR to embed engagement and change management into learning programs.
- Stay updated on emerging L&D trends and technologies and apply new learnings to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules.
Critical Qualifications:
- Experience writing training content, editing documentation, developing eLearning, and following structured work plans.
- Bachelor's degree in related field. Experience may substitute for minimum education requirement.
- A minimum of four years’ experience with the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) administration, including building curriculum playlists and supporting a heavily regulated corporation with a minimum of 3,000 employees. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Experience administering Cornerstone products Ed Cast LXP and succession module, and/or any other Cornerstone products.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Experience working in a decentralized learning model, partnering with HR Technology and key stakeholders to effectively administer various types of content, measuring the effectiveness of learning and development initiatives.
- Ability to produce and create reports and use data to drive decision-making.

- Experience working with external clients to deliver learning content.
- Technically savvy with the ability to learn and navigate human resource software.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience in Medicaid, Medicare, or state/federal health programs
- Experience supporting contact centers over 200+ FTE
