Job Summary:
The Assurance Professional Practice Project Manager, Learning streamlines and monitors a portfolio of critical projects and processes in the following areas: 1) development of team policies and procedures, 2) process design, 3) project management, and 4) reporting out on projects status, results, and dependencies. This individual will be overseeing, driving and program coordinating several complex, mission critical that may be separate and distinct or highly interdependent or integrated with various parties and stakeholders.
Job Duties:
- Develops, recommends, and implements policies in the work methods of the Assurance Learning Team used to scope, design, develop and test, implement and monitor materials and programs being produced by subject matter experts
- Analyzes the flow of activities and decision points in the preparation, development, maintenance, and finalization of deliverables by multiple teams working on priority projects
- Assesses current procedures and approaches to the workflow and development process, designs and recommends improvements to existing procedures, and develops new procedures and program aspects that improve overall effectiveness of operations and outcomes
- Supports data gathering efforts; curates data-driven assessments into the respective initiative’s facets’ ongoing compilation
- Tracks the execution of key projects and initiatives • Provides strategic, analytical and project management support to all constituents
- Apprises leaders of noteworthy events, milestones, dependencies and issues
- Monitors priority action items, tracking progress and providing support to refine processes when needed; communicates timely updates to stakeholders; escalates issues when senior level attention is required
- Participates in working groups within the Assurance Practice in the development and assessments of new program processes to communicate upcoming changes and the related deliberate and disciplined adoption steps
- Assists with recurring cycle planning processes and established logistical workflows
- Monitors tasks closely to ensure they are being completed on schedule, on budget and within the quality parameters established
- Manages all aspects of SharePoint sites, Planners, and other Office 365 Work Collaboration technologies for the Assurance Learning Transformation team
- Manages any gaps or issues in projects with the respective work stream leads
- Provides actionable status updates and related information (phase, success measures, accomplishments to date, key risks that exist, key assumptions, key issues being managed, key dependencies), to Curriculum leaders
- Creates and continuously maintains various communication ‘collateral’ – scalable and directional depending on audience, stakeholder, etc.
- Provides regular status updates on program portfolio (e.g., work streams/projects)

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree, required
Experience:
- Two (2) or more years of management experience or five (5) or more years of administrative or project management experience, required
- Experience in a professional services firm, preferred
- Prior project management experience, preferred
- Prior administrative experience, preferred
- Prior Learning and Development logistics and project management experience, preferred

Software:
- Office 365 Suite experience – SharePoint, MS Forms, Planner, and other collaboration tools, required
- Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Co-pilot, required

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
National Range: $110,000 - $130,000 Maryland Range: $110,000 - $130,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $110,000 - $130,000
