Job Summary

Performs intermediate-level data research and operational expense analysis to improve overall supply chain costs and procedural efficiencies. The role involves preparing situational data analyses, as well as presenting findings to managers or project leaders. The Associate Business Operations Analyst develops recommendations to address operational problems and issues, contributing to informed decision-making and process improvement initiatives.

Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and analyze data to identify opportunities for improving efficiencies and divisional cost savings. Analyze and distribute reports daily, weekly, monthly - highlighting areas of opportunity for expense reduction.
  • Provide basic analysis and reporting by working with Inventory Management, Information Systems, Financial Audit, A/P and other such groups in the organization.
  • Identify future and/or past sales trends to assist in developing effective growth and expansion plans.
  • Organize plans and recommend basic analysis and reports.
  • Participate in cross functional teams and projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve inventory practices.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.

Certification / Licensure:

  • None

Work Experience:

  • None

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using basic functions, inserting charts, Pivot Tables, nested formulas).
  • Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$54,000.00 - $81,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
