We at Coforge are hiring a Senior Python + GenAI Engineer (22266) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance AI Assistant capabilities, including chatbots and AI-powered workflows.
  • Develop Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Design and implement multi-turn conversational experiences and grounding logic.
  • Develop and integrate APIs with payroll, time-off, HR, and other enterprise systems.
  • Design and implement multi-agent AI systems to support complex business workflows.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
  • Implement observability and evaluation mechanisms to monitor and improve AI application performance.
  • Contribute to prompt engineering, model evaluation, and continuous improvement of GenAI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong expertise in Python.
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions using LLMs and Generative AI frameworks.
  • Practical experience with RAG architectures and vector databases.
  • Strong experience developing and integrating APIs.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering and LLM evaluation frameworks, including RAGAS or similar tools.
  • Experience with multi-agent systems and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Experience with observability and evaluation frameworks for AI applications.
  • Understanding of conversational AI, grounding, and multi-turn interactions.
  • Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to Angular or other modern frontend technologies.
  • Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise HR, payroll, or business systems.
  • Experience with advanced RAG techniques and vector search optimization.
  • Familiarity with AI evaluation, monitoring, and observability best practices.
  • Experience with cloud-native AI/ML architectures on AWS.
