Description

As a Financial Analyst you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial data analysis and payroll management within the organization. This position includes analyzing production costs, managing standard costing, and forecasting budgets. You will collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to track variances, optimize inventory, and evaluate capital investments for operational success.

Main Responsibilities

· Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

· Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections to assist in budgeting and planning.

· Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

· Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

· Partner with Human Resources to maintain 401k compliance including reporting and auditing.

· Collaborate with other financial stakeholders organizationally as well as the Executive Committee to guide financial decisions.

· Implement financial strategies in alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and payroll administration required.
  • Cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Experience with budget and cost analytics required.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Applications essential. Experience with SAP preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Must be able to frequently sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
