Internal Job Title: Global Experience Designer (GXD)
As a Global Experience Designer-Events, you won't just execute events, you'll design experiences that exceed client expectations, working across face-to-face, hybrid, and virtual formats. You'll own projects end-to-end: from the first operational conversation with a client through to the post event debrief, with real ownership of budgets, vendors, and outcomes along the way. Education, Experience & Training• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in F2F event planning, 2-5 years’ experience in virtual event planning, with execution of largescale conferences and events (500-1,000+ attendees)
- Additional experience in virtual events with an in depth understanding of live streaming and recorded production, speaker and/or talent management, and virtual event platforms
- Extremely proficient with virtual web conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Teams, and Webex
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Adaptable to the ever-changing virtual landscape as a positive agent for change and team motivator
- Pharmaceutical Industry knowledge/experience desired, but not required
- Multilingual desired, but not required

Ideation & Innovation• Partner with client(s) and relevant stakeholders to understand event needs (F2F, Hybrid or Virtual) and develop into full scope project plan.
- Ensure optimal solutions are offered to clients through a thorough understanding of MTA products and services.
- Contribute innovative solutions internally to support continued advancement of MTA product/service offerings and resources.
Project Management• Develop and manage project timeline from concept through completion.
- Manage internal team, inclusive of full-time and contract staff; task delegation, as appropriate, ensuring planning timeline goals are met and live event is executed successfully.
- Manage vendor partnerships during planning and live event including, but not limited to hotel, ground transportation, travel, production/technology, translation, shipping, etc.
Financial Compliance Management• Manage high figure budgets and financial reconciliation of all event-related expenses
- Partner with MTA Leadership to navigate industry and customer compliance requirements to ensure event activities adhere to all relevant regulations/guidelines/policies as required
- Complete mandatory training assignments on time and as directed
- Adherence to company's policies, procedures, and security controls
- Uphold terms from MTA Client Master Service Agreements and Vendor Third-Party Agreements.
