We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Analytics professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience and a strong analytical mindset to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, R, and Python (advanced preferred), along with the ability to derive actionable insights, is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Insights• Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights for business growth and operational efficiency
- Utilize SQL to extract data and perform in-depth analysis
Visualization and Reporting• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to track business performance
- Ensure visualizations effectively communicate key insights
Statistical and Predictive Modeling• Use R or Python to perform statistical analyses and build predictive models
- Support data-driven decision-making
Problem-Solving• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend solutions and monitor implementation
Collaboration• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.)
- Help define and execute business strategies
Stakeholder Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
Technical Skills• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong experience with Tableau for dashboards and reporting
- Hands-on experience with R and Python for statistical and data analysis (advanced preferred)
