REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or any other IT-related degree/diploma, and/or completed Manual QA Course
  • 2+ years of experience in software quality assurance
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher (spoken and written)
  • Ability to design comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts
  • Experience with functional and regression testing, and API testing (Postman)
  • Experience with integration testing: understanding of polling and callback-based integrations, basic understanding of signatures/encryption
  • Knowledge of WebSockets and how they work in tested systems
  • Experience with MySQL and ability to write SQL queries for data validation
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for organizing test cases, reporting, and documenting defects
  • Experience with Git/GitHub: building branches, reading and reviewing Pull Requests
  • Solid command of browser DevTools for debugging and analysis
  • Experience with an error-monitoring tool (Sentry or similar)
  • Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum development teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
  • Keen attention to detail, self-driven, analytical mindset, and strong problem-solving abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide detailed test execution reports to stakeholders, including test coverage, pass/fail rates, and defect status. 
  • Collect and document feedback from stakeholders during UAT phases and ensure issues are tracked and addressed. 
  • Track testing progress and communicate test results to project teams and management. 
  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to define the scope of testing based on business requirements and workflows. 
  • Work closely with developers, functional consultants, and business users to troubleshoot and resolve defects. 
  • Collaborate with the QA team to define test strategies, test plans, and test cases. 
  • Design and document test cases, scenarios, and scripts. 
  • Participate in all aspects, types and stages of testing (e.g. functional, system, integration, regression, performance testing). 
  • Continuously improve test processes and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Simulate real-world business scenarios to validate the performance and functionality. 
  • Execute end-to-end testing of business processes. 
  • Identify, investigate, log, track defects in bug-tracking systems (e.g., JIRA,). 

  • Retest resolved issues to verify fixes and ensure no new defects are introduced.
