Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to drive automation excellence for enterprise customer implementations.

In this role, you will design, develop, and execute scalable automation solutions that validate customer configurations, integrations, and end-to-end business workflows. You will work closely with Delivery Consultants, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure every implementation is delivered with confidence, speed, and exceptional quality.

This is a highly technical, hands-on role focused on building robust automation frameworks that support global customer deployments across North America, EMEA, APAC, and ANZ.

Key Responsibilities

1. Test Automation Development

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
  • Automate UI, API, regression, and end-to-end implementation test scenarios.
  • Develop reusable automation components to support multiple customer implementations.
  • Improve automation coverage across configuration-driven workflows.
  • Optimize automation execution for faster release validation.

2. Customer Implementation Quality

Support quality assurance for enterprise customer implementations, including:

  • Configuration validation
  • Workflow validation
  • Regression testing
  • Environment verification
  • Data migration validation

Validate integrations with:

  • ATS platforms
  • HCM systems
  • CRM applications
  • SSO platforms
  • Job Boards
  • Third-party APIs

Ensure deployment readiness through comprehensive automation testing.

3. API & Integration Testing

  • Develop automated API test suites.
  • Validate REST APIs and integration workflows.
  • Perform data integrity and API contract validation.
  • Verify system behavior across interconnected enterprise applications.
  • Identify and troubleshoot integration issues throughout implementation.

4. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Work closely with Delivery, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and solution discussions.
  • Perform root cause analysis for production and implementation issues.
  • Contribute to automation framework enhancements and best practices.
  • Continuously improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and automation reliability.

Work Experience

Required Skills:

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Automation.
  • Proficiency in Java or Python.
  • Experience with API automation and REST API testing.
  • Strong understanding of Selenium concepts (preferred) and modern automation practices.
  • Experience using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of Git version control.
  • Experience validating enterprise integrations and configuration-driven applications.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and data validation techniques.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automation.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on automation experience.
  • Experience testing SaaS products or enterprise web applications.
  • Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working on customer-facing implementation or enterprise software projects is preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with HR Tech platforms such as ATS, HCM, CRM, or Talent Experience platforms.
  • Exposure to enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience testing AI-powered or cloud-based SaaS applications.
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter is an added advantage.
  • Experience validating enterprise integrations and complex business workflows.
