We are looking for an experienced and user-focused Product Designer with strong expertise in designing digital experiences for iOS and Android platforms. The role requires a strong understanding of user experience, interaction design, visual design, mobile-first thinking, and product design principles.

The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex user and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and scalable mobile experiences. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Business, and other cross-functional teams to design experiences that are functional, accessible, visually consistent, and aligned with product objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging iOS and Android product experiences across the complete user journey.
• Translate product requirements, business objectives, and user needs into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create user flows, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Develop mobile-first experiences while considering platform-specific iOS and Android design patterns and guidelines.
• Create interactive prototypes to communicate user journeys, interactions, and product concepts.
• Work closely with Product Managers to understand requirements, define problems, and explore potential solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately.
• Provide detailed design specifications, interaction guidelines, and assets required for development.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from product, engineering, business, and user stakeholders.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and product insights.
• Use product analytics and qualitative feedback to identify friction points and improve user experiences.
• Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, component libraries, and visual standards.
• Ensure consistency across mobile screens, features, journeys, and product touchpoints.
• Consider accessibility, usability, responsiveness, and performance when developing product experiences.
• Support design QA by reviewing implemented experiences and identifying gaps between designs and production.
• Manage multiple design initiatives while maintaining quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Stay current with mobile design trends, emerging interaction patterns, and evolving iOS and Android experiences.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product Design, UX Design, UI Design, or a closely related field.
• Strong hands-on experience designing mobile products for iOS and Android.
• Deep understanding of mobile UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, particularly across mobile applications.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity interfaces, and design specifications.
• Strong understanding of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design principles.
• Experience working with design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI patterns.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, colour, spacing, and interaction patterns.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product requirements.
• Strong user-research and usability-testing mindset with the ability to translate insights into design improvements.
• Experience using analytics, feedback, and experimentation to inform product design decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in design and implementation.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of design deliverables.
• A strong interest in creating simple, intuitive, accessible, and high-quality digital experiences.
