Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product performance, operational health, and service reliability
- Coordinate with product, technology, operations, compliance, and support teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Ensure operational readiness and smooth execution of product launches, enhancements, and fixes
- Track key operational and product metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Establish and maintain workflows, controls, escalation processes, and operational documentation
- Support incident management, issue resolution, and continuous process optimization
- Drive operational efficiency, governance, and scalability across product operations
