We currently have a senior level Product Manager role in a team that is building on the important work of supporting critically ill patients, helping to prevent escalation to intubation in a hospital setting.
Our NIV products literally save lives, and you’ll step into a high-impact role within our successful NIV business. With leading products in market and an exciting pipeline pushing the boundaries of innovation, you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth and accelerating clinical change through best-in-class NIV interfaces.
This is a full-time, permanent role where you’ll partner closely with different parts of the business on a regular basis; Product Development, Sales, Regulatory and Quality teams. These teams support our successful NIV business managing the product lifecycle and enable our global sales to thrive in a highly regulated medical device environment.
This is not your typical Product Management role - this role is aimed at someone who is naturally curious and is motivated by finding better ways of doing things.
About the role:
- Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, regulatory, manufacturing and sales
- Present products and therapies to varied audiences
- Develop and deliver product education, marketing, and digital content
- Use sales data to drive strategy and decision-making
- Mentor junior team members
- Lead process improvements and operational excellence
- Contribute to the development of the NIV market in accordance with our business plan
- Take ownership of the life cycle management of your product category
About you:
- A degree in marketing, business, or science + 5 years’ experience
- A proven ‘ownership’ mindset and a strong delivery track record
- Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills
- Credible, collaborative relationship builder
- Curious, proactive, and growth-oriented
- Able to translate technical and clinical concepts clearly
- Strong critical thinker who adapts knowledge across contexts
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
- Willing to travel internationally
