This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Development Analyst based in United States.

This role supports strategic growth by identifying market opportunities, evaluating business initiatives, and turning data into actionable recommendations. You will conduct market and competitive research to uncover emerging trends, customer needs, and potential areas for expansion. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance, you will contribute to cross-functional growth initiatives and strategic decisions. You will also develop financial analyses, business cases, proposals, and executive-level presentations that help guide priorities. The position offers broad exposure to business development, strategy, partnerships, and corporate growth activities. It is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced global environment while building analytical, commercial, and strategic expertise.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, evolving customer needs, competitive developments, and new business opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Analyze financial information and develop business cases that support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and broader growth priorities.
  • Evaluate competitive landscapes and market dynamics, providing structured recommendations that help inform business development and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to support cross-functional growth initiatives and ensure alignment around business opportunities.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, executive presentations, customer-facing materials, and other strategic communications used to advance business opportunities.
  • Track key business development metrics and performance indicators, helping stakeholders monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in evaluating potential partnerships, acquisitions, and other strategic opportunities through research, analysis, and business case development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear business recommendations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to build compelling analyses and professional presentations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with confidence communicating insights to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and remain organized and effective in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Experience in manufacturing, technology, supply chain, or electronics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or market intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Exposure to strategic planning, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, or similar strategic initiatives is preferred.

  • Competitive salary range of $65,500–$117,900 USD, with the final offer determined by qualifications, experience, geographic location, education, market data, and internal equity.
