Local Project Manager
Location: Little Rock, AR

Overview
Join Staley Technologies, where our mission is to exceed client expectations while prioritizing safety in all our operations. We’re seeking a dedicated Project Manager who excels in project management and estimating to lead local and regional projects. This role involves overseeing the installation and maintenance of infrastructure cabling and technology systems, including Wi-Fi, access control, and CCTV. The Project Manager will be required to report to our Little Rock office Monday through Friday or as needed.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare estimates and proposals for clients.
· Manage technology and low-voltage projects on a local and regional scale.
· Clearly communicate project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements to stakeholders.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and safety practices.
· Strive for superior customer service and contribute to strategic business plans.
· Develop and implement action plans to enhance production, quality, and customer satisfaction.
· Monitor customer service performance through site visits, surveys, and analysis.
· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous education.
· Build strong relationships with customers, employees, vendors and partners.
· Maintain accurate project records, reporting, and customer communications.
· Own project planning, documentation, deliverables, and final closeouts.
Qualifications
· Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding client needs.
· Proven ability in process improvement, decision-making, and managing budgets.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on positive outcomes.
· Strong leadership qualities, emphasizing understanding and collaboration.
· Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
· Effective problem-solving skills and ability to analyze results.
· Strong organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple demands.
· Familiarity with industry contracts and the ability to create or evaluate them.
Minimum Requirements
· Five years of experience in installing network infrastructure, including low-voltage cabling, Wi-Fi, access control,
and CCTV systems.
· Two years of experience in estimating or project management role.
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Availability to work overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
· Proof of U.S. Citizenship or ability to legally work in the United States.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
· Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Preferred Qualifications
· A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
· 3 to 5 years of strong project management experience, especially in technology deployment.
· Comprehensive experience across the project lifecycle, including new construction and technology refresh projects.
· Understanding of general accounting practices and methodologies.
