About the Team

The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the broader ecosystem of systems that power Xendit's revenue engine — from lead-to-cash to the tools that plug into it. As the team scales to support both net-new projects and the steady drumbeat of platform improvements, we're adding a role dedicated to keeping the Salesforce platform and all its integrated systems of actions healthy and continuously improving.

About the Role

This is a hands-on administrator role for all sales tools, primarily but not limited to Salesforce CRM. You'll be the day-to-day owner of the GTM platform — performing basic systems configuration yourself, and leading Continuous Improvement (CI) as a structured sprint cadence rather than an ad hoc ticket queue. You'll run CI sprint planning and prioritization, resolve declarative work directly (Flow, validation rules, page layouts, reports, permission sets), and package anything that needs custom development for our two Salesforce Engineers. You'll work closely with the CRM Transformation Lead and the Engineers, keeping the platform's ongoing enhancements moving with a predictable rhythm.

This full-time position offers flexible work options (remote/hybrid) in accordance with Xendit’s current workplace policies, which may be updated from time to time based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Continuous Improvement sprints: own the CI backlog and co-run it with the CRM Transformation Lead as a sprint cadence — planning, prioritization, and review — so ongoing platform enhancements have a predictable rhythm instead of ad hoc firefighting.
  • Perform basic Salesforce configuration: build and maintain Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, and reports/dashboards.
  • Manage other Salesforce integrated Sales tools (e.g. DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft): to take-over the maintenance of sales tools post successful project implementation, to perform basic platform configuration, engagement with 3rd party vendor’s CSM if required during implementation of new enhancements.
  • Triage and scope enhancement requests: intake requests from Sales, CS, Finance, and other stakeholders; resolve what's declarative yourself, and write clear specs for anything that needs the Salesforce Engineers to build.
  • Maintain platform health: monitor data quality, user access, and adoption across Salesforce and all integrated platforms, and proactively flag risks or technical debt before they become incidents.
  • Partner with Salesforce Engineers: keep the CI sprint board unblocked, coordinate handoffs on items that need custom development, and run UAT on what Engineering ships.
  • Support project delivery: assist the CRM Transformation Lead and Engineers on larger project rollouts with configuration, testing, and UAT support.
  • Maintain documentation and governance: keep configurations, processes, and decisions documented so platform knowledge doesn't live in one person's head.

Minimum qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar hands-on platform administration role.
  • Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration — Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards.
  • Experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery — backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retros.
  • Comfortable triaging and prioritizing a live queue of enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders at once.
  • Clear written and verbal communication — you can explain a configuration trade-off to a non-technical stakeholder and write a spec an engineer can build from.
  • Comfortable operating with a small team, holding ambiguity, and making prioritization calls independently.
  • Experience in performing systems configuration for Salesforce integrated 3rd party platforms.
  • Comfortable and proactive in engaging 3rd party vendor CSMs when required during implementation of new enhancements.

Preferred qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (or equivalent hands-on experience).
  • Experience with agile/backlog tooling (e.g. Jira, Asana, Linear) and running sprint or Kanban-style delivery cadences.
  • Exposure to RevOps or GTM processes specifically — lead-to-cash, quote-to-cash, or billing/collections workflows.
  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, or another regulated, fast-scaling environment.

Success in the First 6 Months Looks Like

  • CI runs on a predictable sprint cadence, with a groomed backlog and visible velocity from sprint to sprint.
  • The majority of CI tickets are resolved through direct configuration, without needing Engineer involvement.
  • Salesforce Engineers report a measurable drop in time spent on ticket triage, freeing them to focus on project and architecture work.
  • Configuration standards and a change log are documented and kept current.
  • Successful take-over post deployment of integrated sales tools from the enablement wing of RevOps.
