Digital Product Teams at Starbucks Coffee Company drive our digital future and reinforce our leadership in the market. These teams define the vision and strategy for our digital experiences, shape the product roadmap, and lead execution to bring that roadmap to life.
As a senior product manager on the Loyalty product team, you will help shape the future of Starbucks Rewards, one of Starbucks' most important customer growth engines serving more than 35 million active members. You will define and deliver digital experiences across mobile and web that deepen customer engagement, increase member value, and strengthen loyalty to the Starbucks brand. Working closely with Marketing, Strategy, Technology, Analytics, and UX teams, you will develop product strategy and lead execution of experiences that connect millions of customers to Starbucks in more personalized and meaningful ways.
As a senior product manager, you will…
- Define product strategy and roadmap for key areas of the Starbucks Rewards experience across digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to drive member acquisition, engagement, retention, and long-term customer value through customer insights, data, and business strategy.
- Lead product discovery efforts including customer research, opportunity assessment, developing product requirements, experimentation, and business case development.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Strategy, Technology, UX, Analytics, and Operations (Customer Support, Coffeehouse, etc.) teams to deliver seamless end-to-end customer experiences.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to evolve the platforms and capabilities that power Starbucks Rewards and enable future innovation.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business teams across Starbucks to align roadmaps, coordinate dependencies, and deliver cohesive end-to-end customer experiences.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to measure performance, generate insights, and inform product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams through planning, development, iterative launches, testing, and optimization while influencing stakeholders and driving alignment.
We’d love to hear from people with:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
· Experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, and delivering digital products.
· Experience partnering across marketing, analytics, UX, and technology teams.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams.
· Experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions.
· Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative product development.
Preferred qualifications:
· Experience leading consumer-facing mobile, web, loyalty, engagement, ecommerce products.
· Experience delivering personalization, content, or experimentation capabilities at scale.
· Advanced degree.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
