Summary (Major Purpose of the Role):

Drive Medical is looking for a Warehouse Data Analyst to support the effective flow of orders through Distribution Center operations. This role is responsible for analyzing order volume, backlog, inventory availability, workload, and operational constraints to identify risks, trends, and opportunities that impact service and execution.

The Warehouse Data Analyst will utilize data from SAP and other operational tools to provide analysis and insights to Operations leadership, support workload planning and prioritization, and assist in identifying root causes impacting order fulfillment.

This role reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Main Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Develop, utilize, and maintain analytical tools and reporting to support decision-making related to order flow, workload, backlog, inventory availability, and overall order fulfillment.
  • Analyze open order volume and order progression to identify trends, aging, constraints, and risks that may impact service or execution.
  • Develop and maintain reporting that provides Operations leadership with visibility to current workload, order status, and fulfillment priorities.
  • Analyze order and workload data across customers, materials, order types, shipping methods, and other relevant factors to identify changes in demand and operational requirements.
  • Provide analysis to support daily workload planning and prioritization based on order demand, backlog, inventory availability, and operational capacity.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, system issues, and other barriers impacting the movement of orders through Distribution Center operations.
  • Use analytics to assist in identifying root causes and support problem solving and continuous improvement related to order fulfillment and workflow.
  • Provide data and analysis to support cross-functional discussions and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with Operations, Inventory, Logistics, Customer Service, and other business partners to research and resolve issues impacting order fulfillment.
  • Support operational projects and process improvements through analysis, testing, implementation, and measurement of results.
  • Utilize hands-on testing in conjunction with SAP system testing when changes impact Distribution Center workflow.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of training documentation, SOPs, and Work Instructions when process or system changes are implemented.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace policies according to safety objectives and procedures.

Reporting Relationships and Supervision:

  • Reports to the Operations Manager

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in operations, analytics, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP/Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of utilizing data and key performance metrics to analyze, benchmark, and track operational performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with experience analyzing and manipulating operational or business data.
  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, inventory, or supply chain concepts preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau preferred.
