The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead strategic contract delivery in the resources sector? NWA is seeking a dynamic Contract Delivery Manager to oversee one of our major contract operations in the Pilbara region.

What you'll be responsible for

This role reports to the Regional Manager

• Contract Management - ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance with all requirements, and achievement of KPIs

• Leading and developing site coordinators and operational teams while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• Building and maintaining senior client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

• Strategic planning and business development to drive continuous improvement and innovation

• Financial management including contract performance reporting, budgeting, and commercial optimisation

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrable experience in contract management preferably within resources sector

• Strong commercial and business acumen

• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and client relationships

• Excellent leadership and team development capabilities

• Strong safety focus and environmental awareness

• Relevant qualification in Business Management or related field desirable but not essential
