The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead strategic contract delivery in the resources sector? NWA is seeking a dynamic Contract Delivery Manager to oversee one of our major contract operations in the Pilbara region.

In this pivotal role, you'll ensure contract deliverables are met, drive operational excellence, and maintain strong client relationships while overseeing service delivery across multiple sites.

You'll be at the forefront of implementing innovative solutions and continuous improvements, all while contributing to sustainable resource management. What you'll be responsible for

This role reports to the Regional Manager

• Contract Management - ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance with all requirements, and achievement of KPIs

• Leading and developing site coordinators and operational teams while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders

• Building and maintaining senior client relationships and identifying growth opportunities

• Strategic planning and business development to drive continuous improvement and innovation

• Financial management including contract performance reporting, budgeting, and commercial optimisation

What you'll need to be successful

• Demonstrable experience in contract management preferably within resources sector

• Strong commercial and business acumen

• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and client relationships

• Excellent leadership and team development capabilities

• Strong safety focus and environmental awareness

• Relevant qualification in Business Management or related field desirable but not essential
