Core Python Development

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, and Algorithms.
  • Experience in developing clean, scalable, and maintainable applications.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Backend Development

  • Hands-on experience with Django and Django REST Framework (DRF).
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
  • Integration with third-party APIs and web services.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
  • Exposure to FastAPI and/or Flask is preferred.
  • Experience with asynchronous task processing.

Security & Performance

  • Implementation of authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT and OAuth2.
  • Understanding of secure coding practices, including SQL injection prevention and CORS.
  • Experience with application performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Redis caching.

Frontend Development

  • Strong experience with React.js.
  • Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
  • Experience consuming and integrating backend APIs.
  • Exposure to Redux or similar state management frameworks is preferred.

Database Management

  • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQL.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, and query optimization.
  • Experience working with ORM frameworks such as Django ORM.
  • Understanding of database performance tuning and indexing concepts.

Messaging & Real-Time Applications

  • Experience with Celery for asynchronous task execution.
  • Exposure to RabbitMQ or other message brokers is preferred.
  • Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication frameworks is an added advantage.

Testing & Quality Assurance

  • Experience with unit testing using PyTest and/or Django Test Framework.
  • API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Familiarity with logging, monitoring, and debugging tools.

DevOps & Deployment

  • Proficiency in Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
  • Basic understanding of web server configuration (Nginx).

Cloud Technologies

  • Experience with AWS services such as:
  • EC2
  • S3
  • RDS
  • Understanding of cloud-native application deployment and management.
  • Exposure to AWS Lambda and DynamoDB is an added advantage.

Agile & Collaboration

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong understanding of code review practices and Git workflows.
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills while working with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

  • Experience with FastAPI or Flask.
  • Exposure to RabbitMQ, Web Sockets, and event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of AWS Lambda and DynamoDB.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
  • Experience with Node.js backend development.
  • Familiarity with Python data libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.
