About the Role
This is a Junior Product Designer role at a Series A B2B SaaS company building AI-powered procurement software for the industrial sector. You will join a small, cross-functional team shipping weekly to paying customers, defining UX patterns for agentic workflows, a product category that is still being invented.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end product flows, screens, and prototypes that ship to customers within weeks.
- Define how AI agents surface work, how humans review it, and how trust is built between them.
- Prototype in Figma, code, and AI tools to communicate ideas quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and procurement domain experts to reduce handoff friction.
- Review pull requests and make last-mile interaction and visual tweaks to ensure shipped quality.
- Raise visual and interaction standards across the product and contribute to the design system.
- Own features from discovery through launch, not just isolated screens.
- Iterate rapidly based on customer feedback and real-world usage.
What We're Looking For
- 0 to 2 years of product design experience, with strong internships counting, and a portfolio of shipped work.
- Experience with B2B products, complex workflows, or data-heavy interfaces preferred.
- Strong visual and interaction design fundamentals with a clear attention to design system consistency.
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, or Figma Make for ideation and prototyping.
- Systems thinking: you care about how many features work together, not just individual screens.
- Practical understanding of the design-to-development lifecycle and a focus on cross-functional alignment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for shipping over endless polish.
- Bonus: ability to prototype in HTML, CSS, or React; experience designing for non-technical users in complex domains; opinions on how AI should appear in products beyond chat.
Location
On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. This role requires full-time presence in the Munich office. Visa sponsorship is not available.
