Position Summary

As a Senior Product Manager for Non-Human Identity (NHI) Security, you will define and execute the strategic vision for Delinea's non-human and machine identity portfolio. Non-human identities now vastly outnumber human ones, spanning service accounts, secrets, API keys, tokens, certificates, workloads, and, increasingly, autonomous AI agents. Your mission is to help the world's largest organizations discover, control, and continuously improve the security posture of every non-human identity across cloud and traditional infrastructure. This is one of the fastest-growing and highest-risk frontiers in identity security.

You will own an established portfolio including DevOps Secrets Vault (DSV) and Account Lifecycle Manager (ALM) while pioneering the modern, standards-based capabilities that extend Delinea's leadership in NHI discovery, control, and posture management. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing key stakeholders, and ensuring the NHI portfolio continues to evolve as a market-leading part of Delinea's Identity Security Platform. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for Delinea's non-human identity (NHI) portfolio, aligning roadmap direction with overall company goals and the evolving Delinea Platform strategy.
  • Own the roadmap, execution, and lifecycle for existing NHI products including DevOps Secrets Vault (DSV) and Account Lifecycle Manager (ALM).
  • Balance customer outcomes, technical investment, competitiveness, and business priorities.
  • Define and deliver modern, NHI capabilities for machine identities across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
  • Independently lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and market analysis through execution, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand needs, validate requirements, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, architecture, sales, marketing, support, and customer success to prioritize, deliver, and bring capabilities to market.
  • Define adoption and success metrics, and use data to inform prioritization, measure impact, and demonstrate the business value of the NHI portfolio.
  • Stay current on non-human identity, machine identity, and AI-agent security trends to inform roadmap evolution and maintain competitive differentiation.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven product management experience, preferably in security or identity infrastructure software.
  • Strong understanding of non-human and machine identity concepts, including secrets management, service accounts, certificates and PKI, API keys, tokens, and workload identity.
  • Familiarity with modern identity standards and protocols such as SPIFFE/SPIRE, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, X.509, mTLS, and workload identity federation.
  • Working knowledge of public cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and cloud-native, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to independently own product areas, roadmap strategy, and execution end to end in complex environments.
  • Strong customer-first mindset with a demonstrated ability to translate customer insights, market dynamics, and business priorities into product direction.
  • Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes and product architecture.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering outcomes in fast-paced product organizations.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
