As an Intern in the Technology & Security department Execution Team, you will support cybersecurity governance, compliance, and operational resilience initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking key deliverables, maintaining documentation, and contributing to the successful delivery of regulatory, risk, and audit-related activities. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and the implementation of industry regulations such as DORA while working with cross-functional teams across the organization.
How You Will Make an Impact:
- Support cybersecurity governance, compliance, risk, audit, and DORA-related initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables, and contributing to the timely closure of findings and remediation actions
- Assist in monitoring project progress by maintaining action registers, remediation plans, governance documentation, and other tracking tools, while identifying and escalating risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Collect, validate, and organize evidence and documentation required for compliance assessments, remediation activities, and regulatory commitments
- Prepare status reports, presentations, meeting materials, and governance updates, ensuring accurate documentation of decisions, action items, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate discussions, drive alignment, and support the successful delivery of strategic, regulatory, and risk-related initiatives
- Gain hands-on exposure to cybersecurity governance, risk management, operational resilience, and control frameworks while developing an understanding of complex cybersecurity and IT topics
- Take ownership of your professional development and support additional team tasks and initiatives as assigned
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- General understanding of cybersecurity, IT, and risk management concepts
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to support reporting activities and maintain high-quality documentation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders
- Self-driven and result-oriented mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliverables
- Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a focus on continuous professional development.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level
