Full description

Sigma Defense is seeking a Lotus Domino Systems Administrator to support our 5-year program to provide systems administration and technical support at Naval NOCs, MOCs, Tactical Operation Centers (TOC), and afloat units. The candidate will work closely with government site engineers and military personnel to support integration, configuration, and Operational Support in Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH) Wahiawa Annex, HI. This involves coordinating troubleshooting across the systems, ensuring interoperability, and maintaining seamless services during both normal operations and contingency situations.

  • 5+ years of IT experience.
  • 1 year of experience in Server Administration (Windows, RHEL, etc.).
  • Training on Lous Domino will be provided.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

  • Provide tier 1-3 service desk support.
  • Provide systems administration support to Fleet commands for Fleet exercises and operations led by Fleet.
  • Support commanders or Joint Task Force (JTF) Commanders.
  • Planning, implementing, and troubleshooting program systems and their dependencies, as well as other technologies used by Naval Commands involved in maritime operations related to the program's interests.
  • Develop and provide System Administration support to the program’s ecosystem; administer that which drives the creation and delivery of program information technology products and services.
  • Manage and administer e-mail systems and their corresponding or associated software and hardware.
  • Administer messaging systems access and support efforts for remote users.
  • Create private and public mailing databases, address books, and shared mail applications.
  • Monitor and analyze e-mail system activities to ensure maximum performance, efficiency, and availability.
  • Analyze service and application usage and plan for growth or increases in network capacity.
  • Manage and operate Domino Infrastructure across multiple networks, enclaves, and communities of interest.
  • Offer technical support in system configurations, upgrades and modifications.
  • Assist ship’s force with ship-to-shore connectivity issues between ashore and afloat systems.
  • Support Information Assurance (IA) initiatives at the NOCs.
  • Assist with NOC restoral procedures, providing rapid response for emergent issues, and creating network documentation and training for Fleet NOC personnel.
  • Support Fleet, Joint and Coalition exercises, including after-action reports to identify and resolve potential problems.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually.
