As the Senior Program Delivery Manager for Expressions on the Amazon GREF account, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of a program that brings art, culture, and community engagement to Amazon's workplace. Reporting to the Senior Program Delivery Manager, GREF Activations and leading an expert delivery team, this role balances program management expertise with creative vision and customer obsession. At JLL, we are collectively shaping a brighter way — for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees. You will serve as a key program owner, driving standardization, team development, and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions while ensuring the Expressions program creates meaningful workplace experiences that reflect Amazon's culture and values. What sets JLL apart is our culture of collaboration, locally and across the globe, which allows us to create transformative solutions for the real estate industry. You will lead operations and strategy for the AMER Expressions program, ensuring alignment with the cultural services portfolio strategy, maintaining program health, and ensuring client satisfaction while developing and maintaining standardized processes that enable consistent program delivery and support scaling across regions. We embrace more innovative ways of working and prioritize opportunities to strengthen and advance your career. This position requires you to balance operational excellence with creative leadership, overseeing team performance and development across the region while managing budget planning, forecasting, and financial management for the Expressions program. We support each other's wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams. You will build partnerships with cross-campus programming teams, community organizations, and cultural institutions to enhance program offerings while serving as a leader on the GREF Activations team by connecting Expressions programming into broader workplace initiatives and seeking operational improvements.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Lead operations and strategy for the AMER Expressions program, ensuring alignment with cultural services portfolio strategy, maintaining program health, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive program management
  • Develop and maintain standardized processes that enable consistent program delivery and support scaling across regions including creating frameworks, templates, and operational guidelines
  • Oversee team performance and development across the region, providing mentorship and leadership that empowers team members to deliver strong results while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
  • Own budget planning, forecasting, and financial management for the Expressions program, ensuring frugality while maximizing program impact and value through strategic resource allocation
  • Manage day-to-day expense tracking and reconciliation for the Expressions program while ensuring financial accountability and identifying opportunities for cost optimization
  • Lead special initiatives including site expansions and new creative space opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver innovative workplace experiences
  • Prepare and present Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and metrics reporting that demonstrate program performance, impact, and continuous improvement
  • Build partnerships with cross-campus programming teams, community organizations, and cultural institutions to enhance program offerings and create meaningful workplace experiences
  • Serve as a leader on the GREF Activations team by finding ways to connect Expressions programming into broader workplace initiatives and seeking operational improvements to program delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and operational efficiency through data analysis, feedback collection, and process refinement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Twelve (12) or more years of program management experience in real estate, community engagement, strategic partnerships, hospitality, or related fields with demonstrated success leading complex initiatives in corporate environments
  • Proven artistic knowledge and cultural literacy with the ability to lead a team of creative professionals operating in a corporate environment while balancing creative vision with business objectives
  • Strong business acumen including experience with corporate infrastructure, systems management, and organizational dynamics within large organizations with ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
  • Extensive budget management experience including forecasting, financial reporting, and resource allocation with accountability for program-level budgets and demonstrated fiscal responsibility
  • Proactive, hands-on leadership style with willingness to support team members and lead by example in delivering results while empowering others to excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams using appropriate tone and data-driven insights
  • Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, high-profile corporate environments where agility, professionalism, and client service are essential to program success
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new technology platforms to support program operations and reporting
  • Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities with a track record of identifying opportunities and driving implementation without requiring constant direction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Facilities Management processes, real estate operations, or workplace services delivery models with understanding of how cultural programming integrates with broader workplace strategies
  • Background in arts administration, museum programming, gallery management, or cultural institution leadership demonstrating deep understanding of curatorial practices and arts programming
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools that support structured program delivery and team coordination including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
