- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Tableau Desktop development.
- Proficient in SQL (T-SQL, PL/SQL) for querying and transforming large datasets.
- Strong experience with data preparation tools such as Tableau Prep.
- Working knowledge of AWS Redshift or similar data warehousing technologies.
- Demonstrated experience with data modelling.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles, KPIs, and dashboard performance tuning.
- Agile mindset with ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Experience with workflow management tools like Jira and Service Now.
- Experience with documentation management tools like Confluence, BitBucket and Collibra.
- Experience in an analytically driven role. - consulting and analytics mindset necessary.

- Create and manage calculated fields, parameters, LOD expressions, semantic layers, and aggregates.

- Apply best practices in UI/UX designs, colour theory, and layout optimization to enhance user experience.
- Focused on value addition for the role and customers working in close alignment to business goals.
