  • Permanent full-time position based in Hawthorn East + WFH

The Role

We are seeking a Workforce Reporting and Systems Analyst to join our People, Culture and Diversity team. In this role, with a focus on workforce, you will deliver high-quality reporting, data analytics, and informing insights that support strategic workforce planning, as well supporting our People Systems. 

  • Extract, clean, validate and maintain data from multiple systems, including HRIS, finance, rostering and learning platforms.
  • Analyse trends, variances and workforce KPIs for HR, operational leaders and transformation teams.
  • Present complex information in clear, visually engaging formats using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
  • Provide system administration and support to end users for key PCD systems (HRIS, LMS, ATS, etc)
  • Work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Operations and leadership teams to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions.

About you

  • Tertiary qualified in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Information Systems or a related field.
  • Experience with People / HR systems (eg HRIS, LMS, ATS) and workforce planning tools.
  • Understanding of workforce metrics, HR principles and organisational data structures, to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Developed analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly and meaningfully, with experience using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
