The Role

The Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, customer-focused technology solutions across enterprise networking, security, data center, and collaboration domains. This role works closely with customers to understand business and technical requirements, supports pre-sales engagements, develops solution designs and Statements of Work (SOWs), collaborates with sales, delivery teams, and technology partners, and serves as a trusted technical advisor by providing consultative guidance and building long-term client relationships.

What You Will Do

Support account managers and customers by providing technical expertise in at least one technology: Enterprise Networks, Security, Data Center and/or Collaboration.
Use expertise and experience to build solutions that meet and/or exceed requirements that include product and implementation services.
Deliver and present solutions to our customers.
Work with the implementation and PMO teams to ensure a smooth project transition.
Develop and foster relationships with customers to ensure ANM is viewed as their go-to strategic partner.
Develop and foster relationships with strategic original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and other key partners
Strong focus on R&S with a good understanding of wireless, security & data centers.

Development of Statements of Work and professional services quotes.

Support other Solution Architects and Systems Engineers as needed.
Promote a team environment with a positive attitude.

What We Are Looking For

Required:

Cisco Certification (CCNP or CCIE preferred).
Five (5) years of implementation and design experience.
Pre-sales engineering experience with a value-added reseller (VAR) is strongly preferred.
Experience in other technologies (security, wireless, data networking, VMware, data center storage, cloud) is a huge plus.
Strong documentation skills, including diagramming network topologies using Microsoft Visio, Lucid Chart, or similar tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and Technical skills.
Strong personality and presence with the ability to own and drive the conversation with the customers.

Travel Travel is occasionally required for this position. Must have a valid driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance.
