Full description

1. Role Purpose: Leads enterprise network engineering & advanced operational support across routing, switching, circuits, WAN, LAN, wireless, SD-WAN and network security components to ensure high availability, optimized performance and secure network connectivity across customer and internal environments.

2. Key Responsibilities:

· Leads design, configuration, deployment and optimization of network infrastructure, routing policies and segmentation.

· Performs advanced troubleshooting, problem management, RCA, performance optimization and escalations handling.

· Supports network upgrades, migrations, patching, software upgrades, capacity management and resilience improvements.

· Implements network security controls, ACLs, firewall policies, zero trust segmentation and access governance.

· Ensures end-to-end network observability, monitoring integration and proactive detection of performance degradation.

· Creates and maintains network architecture documentation, operational runbooks and engineering standards.

· Provides technical SME support for new solutions / presales sizing and infra transformation initiatives.

· Manages order entries for circuit designs, documentation, perform network equipment investigations, order management for circuits.

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

· Network availability and performance SLA adherence

· MTTR & incident resolution effectiveness

· Network change success rate

· Network optimization gain metrics (latency, throughput, packet loss reduction)

· Control / policy compliance and standardization adoption
