  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences using agile ways of working.
  • Prioritise initiatives that maximise customer value and commercial performance while balancing technical and operational considerations.
  • Establish and track product OKRs and KPIs, using analytics, customer research and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
  • Remove delivery obstacles, support effective decision-making and help teams maintain focus on delivering value.
  • Coach and mentor Product Owners, helping develop product capability and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Build trusted relationships across the business, influencing senior leaders and aligning stakeholders around product priorities.
  • Champion innovation by exploring emerging technologies, including AI and automation, to create better customer and business outcomes.

About you

  • Confidence using customer insight, analytics and experimentation to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level.
  • Experience coaching and supporting Product Owners or product teams through influence rather than formal line management.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, innovation and customer-centric product thinking.
  • Experience within travel, ecommerce, loyalty or digital consumer products would be advantageous but isn't essential.
