CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst II opening for our client.

Location: Remote Duration: 9 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain departmental reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations supporting business, product, project, workflow, and financial analysis.
  • Analyze complex and non-routine data to identify trends, reconcile information, improve data quality, and support business decisions.
  • Create and interpret project and program reporting, presenting insights in clear, user-friendly formats.
  • Review and enhance existing metrics, reports, processes, and analytical tools to support continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Develop new processes, documentation, maintenance plans, and automation tools as needed.
  • Participate in planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes.
  • Support audits, user certification, compliance testing, and internal control activities.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting and escalations, coordinating with business partners, vendors, and technology teams.
  • Provide recommendations and analytical insights to management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable operational risk controls, company policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Support multiple simultaneous projects and programs through reporting, analytics, data research, reconciliation, and process improvement.
  • Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Translate business needs into reporting and analytics solutions that support short- and long-term objectives.
  • Contribute to discovery, requirements development, operating model analysis, and future-state recommendations for business initiatives.
  • Leverage commercial card, banking, and payments knowledge to support analytics and reporting initiatives.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • No direct supervisory responsibilities. May provide project leadership, guidance, and coordination across cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related business line experience; OR
  • In lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 6 years of higher education and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience with business analytics, reporting, data analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and data reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across several projects or programs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Experience with commercial card products, including commercial payments and card-related capabilities.
  • Experience leading or supporting product discovery, business architecture, requirements gathering, and operating model design.
  • Understanding of banking, payments, and integration ecosystems.
  • Experience working with Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Experience developing dashboards, management reporting, and executive-level presentations.
  • Experience identifying opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.
  • Financial services or banking industry experience preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $26.00 - $43.34/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
