Build & Enhance Analytics Solutions...
- Independently deliver well-defined dashboards and reports while partnering with senior analysts on more complex or ambiguous requests
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data sources with a focus on accuracy, performance, and usability
- Build and support visualization solutions primarily in Tableau, following established design and development standards
- Collaborate with senior BI team members to refine metrics, calculations, and data definitions
- Use enterprise data warehouse assets and existing dimensional data models to meet reporting needs
Partner with the Business...
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate business questions into clear analytical requirements
- Explain dashboards, metrics, and data limitations in clear, non-technical language
- Develop a strong working understanding of key business processes to better anticipate analytics needs
Support & Enablement...
- Support and enhance previously delivered BI solutions by responding to user questions, troubleshooting issues, and making incremental improvements
- Participate in shared support processes, including triaging questions and escalating complex issues as needed
- Contribute to documentation, training materials, and internal knowledge-sharing efforts
- Participate in internal analytics or Tableau user groups as an informed contributor
Analytics Best Practices & Growth...
- Apply effective data visualization best practices to ensure insights are clear, accurate, and actionable
- Assist with data quality checks, metric validation, and basic governance practices under guidance from senior analysts or data teams
- Use AI-assisted analytics tools (such as generative AI for SQL drafting, exploration, documentation, or insight summarization) to improve efficiency, accuracy, and learning
- Continuously grow technical, analytical, and business skills with the goal of increasing ownership over time
We are looking for candidates with…
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Management Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence (including relevant academic or professional experience).
- 1–2 years of experience writing production SQL queries in a relational database environment, with a solid understanding of joins, filters, and aggregations.
- Experience developing dashboards or reports using a data visualization platform (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to data accuracy and usability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, especially when explaining data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Bonus/Preferred Qualifications:• Tableau Certification(s) or progress toward certification
- Exposure to Tableau Server or published enterprise reporting environments
- Experience working with enterprise data warehouses or dimensional/star-schema data models
- Familiarity with data quality checks, metric validation, or analytics governance practices
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for analytics or automation
- Familiarity with version control or structured analytics development workflows
- Exposure to insurance, healthcare, or financial services data is a plus

General: MedPro Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The annual gross base salary range is $68,100 to $94,300. This range anticipates the low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies. Salary is one component of MedPro’s total compensation and benefits package, which includes medical, vision and dental insurance options, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and short-term and long-term disability insurance.
