Description

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a IT Financial Business Analyst to support our Navy client onsite in Pensacola, FL.

For nearly 50 years, CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. Working from operations centers and shipyards to training sites and program offices, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

How Role will make an impact:

  • Prepare, submit, and monitor IT Purchase Requests
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and validate procurement needs
  • Track approval workflows and status updates, ensuring timely processing and escalation when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement submissions and approvals for audit and reporting purposes
  • Provide regular updates to program managers and acquisition leads on procurement status and timelines
  • Collaborate with financial analysts and IT teams to align purchases with budget and technical specifications
  • Prepare briefings and reports for leadership on procurement activities and outcomes
  • Maintain Software, Hardware, and Support Service Period of Performance database
  • Provide reporting and support for leadership to ensure procurement records are maintained and available
  • Act as a liaison between subject matter experts (SMEs) within technical departments and procurement
  • Strong coordination skills to ensure project and portfolio performance are met, track progress against planned budget, and provide regular reports and analysis to leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

  • Clearance: Must have the ability to obtain active Secret Clearance
  • Three (3) years of professional experience in acquisition support with preparing procurement packages and/or artifacts for the procuring activities.
  • Experience in conducting market research, acquiring vendor quotes, preparing, submitting, monitoring IT Purchase Requests
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel - running and creating functions, pivot table and charts
  • Strong independent work ethic while able to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong written communication skills
