Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Lead - Lead AI Product Manager

Business: Data & Analytics

Function/ Department: Data & Analytics

Job Purpose :

'*Lead execution of AI-driven process transformation initiatives across identified business areas within the bank.

*Translate business problems into structured AI automation solutions leveraging GenAI and traditional AI capabilities.

*Drive end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time.

*Work closely with stakeholders to operationalize AI products and ensure measurable business impact.

Roles & Responsibilities:

'1. Partner with Operations, Underwriting, Product, and other business teams to identify automatable workflows and prioritize high-impact use-cases.

2. Design, develop, and operationalize AI-based automation solutions, including GenAI and rule/ML driven automation.

3. Work with Data Engineering to ensure availability, readiness, and quality of required datasets in the Datalake.

4. Build and support automation workflows and pipelines using technologies such as Python, PySpark, Airflow, and APIs.

5. Track delivery milestones, ensure timely execution, and present progress, outcomes, and insights to the leadership.

Secondary Responsibilities :

'1. Support business teams in defining functional requirements, business rules, and success criteria for AI-led initiatives.

2. Conduct proof-of-concepts and feasibility assessments for new AI and automation opportunities.

3. Evaluate relevant tools, platforms, and vendor offerings to support scalable automation solutions.

4. Maintain detailed documentation of solution architecture, process flows, and implementation approaches.

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:

'1. Lead a small team of analysts / engineers, providing guidance on solution design, analysis, and execution.

2. Mentor junior team members to build expertise in AI automation and data-driven product thinking.

3. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams ensuring alignment, clarity, and smooth execution.

4. Champion a culture of innovation, disciplined execution, and continuous improvement.
