Requirements

Applicants must have an Associate’s degree in accounting or finance, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong mathematical and computer skills.

Schedule: Full Time Weekdays

Location: This is an in-person position based at Twin County with responsibilities supporting both Twin County and Wythe Hospitals. Occasional travel required to Wythe is required.

Salary Range: Exempt. $69,000 - $88,608 annually

How you’ll contribute

A Financial Analyst who excels in this role:

  • Reviews and reconciles monthly financial statement balances impacted by new and/or existing lease agreements.
  • Coordinates with operations teams and outside vendors regarding new and/or existing equipment lease activity. Coordinates with real estate team on a weekly basis regarding new real estate lease activity and/or changes to existing real estate lease agreements.
  • Supports in other finance areas such as cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance, and other treasury/finance initiatives.
  • Provides support to both Twin County Wythe Hospitals, including occasional travel to Wythe as needed to provide on-site support and collaborate with local leadership.

What we’re looking for: Applicants should have an Associate’s degree in accounting or finance with previous work experience in Finance/Accounting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Acccounting/Finance is preferred.
  • 2+ year’s of experience in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills required.
  • Ability to work with mathematical and algebraic concepts such as prob-ability, statistical inference, and forecasting. Ability to apply and analyze concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

More about Twin County Regional Healthcare Twin County Regional Healthcare (TCRH) is located in Galax, Virginia, which is in the center of the Twin Counties of Grayson and Carroll in Southwest Virginia. TCRH is a 141-bed facility that includes acute care, ambulatory care and emergency services. TCRH is considered a rural hospital that serves a large Medicare population, as well as, a total population of approximately 60,000. We operate within a 100-mile radius.
