Full description

The Associate to Mid-Level Network Engineer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our network infrastructure. This role involves working with various networking technologies and security protocols to ensure optimal network performance and reliability. The incumbent will collaborate with IT and security teams to support business continuity and network efficiency.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship by the Company.

Organizational Relationships: •    Directly reports to the VP, Technology Operations • IT Operations •    Interacts with internal teams such as IT support, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams. •    Works with external vendors and service providers to resolve network issues and implement solutions.

Qualifications: •    Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). •    Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or IT infrastructure. •    Certifications (Preferred): CCNA, CCNP. •    Technical Skills: o    Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba Wireless, or similar networking equipment. o    Proficiency in configuring and managing SD-WAN environments. Palo Alto Prisma/CloudGenix Preferred. o    Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, ARP, VLANs, VPN, BGP and MPLS. o    Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, PRTG, Solarwinds). o    Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, and endpoint security. o    Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus. •    Soft Skills: o    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. o    Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders. o    Must meet company’s requirements for employment. o    Valid in-state driver’s license and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.

Physical Requirements: •    Occasional travel may be required for on-site support. •    Ability to lift and install network equipment up to 25 lbs. •    May require prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.

Compensation Disclaimer

Base Salary: $75,000 to $125,000 base salary, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus and RSUs in accordance with the company's applicable incentive plan.
