What you can look forward to as Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d):
- Detailed PFD (Process Flow Diagram), PFMEA, Control Plan, Capacity enhancement
- Couple / Decouple operations for maximum VA. Pneumatic & Electrical circuits for End off line
- Establish Lean Equipment Specification. SHE, Capability, Cycle Time, Labour, TPM
- Follow-up design and construction of equipment / workstations and Performs pre and final acceptance based on Ergonomics, Cmk, Cycle Time
- Developing methods analysis techniques and standards
- Developing and establishing work standards for new products and current products as part of productivity improvement activities
- Identification of wastes in the manufacturing processes. Defining ergonomic standards in manufacturing equipment
- Defining and maintaining material handling standards for in-house processes
Your Profile as Assistant Manager - Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d):
- BE in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. Post-graduation in any of these disciplines would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years in industrial engineering function or production engineering function with at least 3 years in machining process planning and establishment of standards
- The person must possess hands-on experience in machining process planning engineering, new product productionising, Capacity enhancement, De-bottlenecking, Re-engineering, Low Cost Automation.
- Must be familiar with design and implementation of material handling and internal logistics.
- Must possess implementation knowledge on Smart Factory initiatives including digitalization of plant layouts including flow simulation.
