As an SRE Engineer - Associate - AI Managed Services - Consult, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing efficiency through managed services. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on transitioning and managing services, optimizing processes, and delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities
- Supporting the transition and management of outsourced services to enhance client operations - Collaborating with delivery teams to optimize processes and improve service efficiency - Engaging in project management tasks to streamline operations and reduce costs for clients - Utilizing automation frameworks to design and develop efficient solutions - Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery - Analyzing operational performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation - Assisting in the development of service management strategies to meet client needs - Contributing to the planning and execution of deliverables to validate timely project completion - Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine service offerings - Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and knowledge in managed services and technology solutions
What You Must Have
- Observability Platforms (Datadog, Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus/ Open telemetry or Dynatrace expertise.) - Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) (SLO/SLI frameworks, error budgets, and MTTR improvement.) - Alert Noise Reduction (Alert correlation, false-positive reduction, and alert fatigue management.) - Python & Infrastructure as Code (Automation and self-healing/runbook automation development.) - ITSM & ServiceNow ITOM (Ticketing, alerting workflows, and operational data analysis.) - At least 3-5 years of experience
- At least a Bachelor's degree - Oral and written proficiency in English required
