[What the role is]

What you will be working on a) You will assist the AD/Head to engage the CDCs and community partners to identify and troubleshoot issues related to the scheme. b) You will also work closely with CDCs and organise check in with them to gather feedback and best practices sharing. c) You will assist in planning and charting out the merchant and residents journey and handling referrals or queries from stakeholders as well as assisting in data collation and data analysis. d) You will also be involved in coordinating meetings with stakeholders and follow up on technical or operational issue with stakeholders. You will also handle other initiatives under CDC Vouchers Scheme including event launches.

[What you will be working on]

1. Work closely with the AD/Head to engage the CDCs and community partners to identify and troubleshoot issues related to the scheme from residents, merchants/ Hawkers, and banks’ perspective . 2. Coordinate meetings for merchants and community partners e.g. grassroots and merchants’/hawkers’ associations 3. Build rapport with CDC Master Trainers and organise regular check ins with them to gather feedback and best practices sharing. 4. Assist to plan and chart out the merchant and residents journey in the national initiative 5. Assist in data collation and data analysis 6. Handle referrals/queries from stakeholders 7. Follow up on technical/operational issue with stakeholders 8. Handle other initiatives under CDC Vouchers Scheme including event launches
