- Local Hybrid Schedule: Enjoy a balanced work model with Monday through Friday (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) based right here in Indianapolis, Indiana.

What You Will Do
- Drive Strategic Insights: Partner with the system financial team to transform complex data sets into actionable, impact-driven decisions.
- Master Financial Modeling: Build robust pro formas and master financial and operational modeling using advanced Microsoft Excel and relational databases.
- Shape Financial Reporting: Own key monthly deliverables and deliver dynamic ad hoc financial analysis.
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
- Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
- Requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products/applications; strong Microsoft Excel experience required; relational database and financial or operational modeling experience a plus.
