Join the 2027 FIS University Program!

As a full-time employee in the FIS University Program, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success.

This two-year full-time program begins 2027 with a series of AI-Enabled Learning Sprints designed to help you accelerate your impact from day one. Through this immersive experience, you will:

  • Learn how to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve real business challenges and create value in your role.
  • Explore the financial technology industry, gain insight into FIS's business, and understand how innovation is shaping the future of fintech.
  • Engage directly with senior leaders and industry experts to learn about their career journeys, leadership philosophies, and perspectives on the future of work.
  • Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases that you can immediately apply in your daily work.

About the team:

Join our two-year Risk & Cybersecurity Rotational Program and gain exposure to the teams responsible for protecting our business, clients, technology, and data. Through a series of structured rotations, you will build broad experience across risk management, cybersecurity, information security, governance, compliance, resilience, and related functions. You will work with experienced professionals on real business challenges while developing the technical, analytical, and professional skills needed to succeed in a dynamic fintech environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Rotate through multiple Risk and Cybersecurity teams over a two-year development program.
  • Analyze risks and support initiatives that strengthen operational, technology, and business resilience.
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, monitoring, and documenting cybersecurity and enterprise risks.
  • Support security monitoring, threat analysis, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.
  • Participate in governance, risk, and compliance initiatives to promote adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to cybersecurity awareness, risk education, and business engagement efforts.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with technology, engineering, product, legal, compliance, and business teams on cross-functional projects.
  • Help evaluate security controls and risk mitigation strategies across systems, processes, and third-party relationships.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and the ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
