Software Engineer (React / TypeScript / Express) | French Speaking | Contract

Contract. Mid-September to mid-January.

You'll need to be based in and working from France, Belgium, Romania or Bulgaria.

There are no office expectations, so this is fully remote within those countries.

The role

You'll be working with a healthcare software company that builds a practice management and electronic health record platform used by clinicians across a wide range of specialities.

Hands-on delivery across a modern TypeScript stack, React on the front end and Express on the back, alongside the existing engineering team.

This one has a strong French dimension. The client works to French healthcare standards (Ségur certification), and much of the specification is written in French. You'll need to read, speak and work from those specs properly, not run them through a translator.

Essential

• Fluent French, spoken and written

• Strong TypeScript and JavaScript

• React on the front end, Express and Node on the back

• Mid or senior level (we're hiring across both)

Nice to have

• Experience with Ségur, or projects in the French healthcare system

• Wider EHR or medical software experience
