Neopay (a part of NEO Finance, AB) is one of the fastest-growing fintechs in the Baltics, offering open banking payments, card acquiring, and payout automation solutions for e-commerce and digital businesses. Our payment infrastructure connects hundreds of banks across the EU, helping merchants simplify transactions, reduce costs, and scale faster.
We're expanding our Open Banking and Payments department and looking for a Senior Product Manager – Payments & Acquiring to own and shape our Card Acquiring proposition across Card-Present and e-commerce payments, driving product growth, innovation, and commercial performance.
What You Will Do:
· Own and execute the product strategy for Card-Present and e-commerce acquiring, aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
· Lead the development and scaling of POS and e-commerce acquiring propositions, including unattended POS use cases where relevant.
· Actively monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and respond to competitor activities.
· Own product and feature planning, development, testing, launch, and continuous optimization.
· Drive acquiring economics and commercial performance, including merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and profitability.
· Lead cross-functional teams and make product decisions, challenge technical solutions, and represent the product with external partners.
· Establish scalable business processes and ensure effective handover to responsible teams.
What We Expect from You:
· 5+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial services.
· Proven experience launching, developing, or scaling Card-Present acquiring / POS products, combined with strong e-commerce acquiring experience.
· Strong understanding of CP and CNP acquiring, payment processing, authorization, settlement, and the broader card-payment ecosystem.
· Experience working with payment processors, POS terminal vendors, gateways, acquirers, acquiring banks, or card schemes.
· Strong understanding of acquiring economics, including merchant pricing, interchange, scheme fees, processor costs, and acquiring profitability.
· Experience with Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
· Knowledge of legislation, standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to payment and acquiring products.
· Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic mindset, with the ability to make data-driven product decisions.
· Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical, commercial, and senior stakeholders.
· Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
· Experience with Open Banking / A2A payments is a strong advantage.
· Experience with SQL, databases, SDLC, Jira, and Confluence is an advantage, but not a core requirement.
Salary range for this position is 6000-8000 Eur gross/month. Final offer will depend on your experience and qualifications.
