About the Role

Pinhome is currently looking for a highly structured and results-driven Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of Home Repair and Renovation projects within Pinhome Home Service’s (PHS) growth category. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring project quality, timeline adherence, budget control, and operational excellence across multiple renovation and construction projects.

You will oversee end-to-end project execution, including project planning, budgeting, cost estimation, contractor coordination, construction methodologies, material selection, and compliance with applicable building regulations and local codes. The role also requires proactive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement to enhance project performance and customer satisfaction.

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Category Owners, Interior Designers, Operations, and Management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and strategic alignment. You will act as a key stakeholder in driving project success, managing external partners and contractors, and maintaining service excellence standards across all ongoing projects.

What You Will Do

Project Management & Technical Leadership:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction, renovation, and home improvement projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, construction documentation, and project specifications to ensure constructability and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Oversee project budgeting, cost estimation, resource allocation, procurement planning, and project scheduling to achieve efficient project execution.
  • Establish and maintain project documentation, progress tracking systems, and reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and stakeholder visibility.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, construction standards, and company requirements.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and proactively resolve technical and operational issues that may impact project delivery.

Site Operations & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage end-to-end site execution activities, ensuring construction work is delivered according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, surveyors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation and operational excellence.
  • Validate site measurements, survey results, and field conditions to ensure accuracy and minimize project rework.
  • Review and resolve discrepancies between design drawings and actual site conditions while providing technical recommendations and corrective actions.
  • Lead technical decision-making processes on-site and provide guidance to Site Engineers, Supervisors, and project teams throughout project execution.
  • Monitor project milestones and budget utilization while ensuring timely reporting to management.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Category Owners, Interior Designers, Operations and Managements teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve project management processes, operational efficiency, quality standards, and service excellence across all projects.

What You Will Need

Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields (construction project management, site engineering, renovation, and residential construction).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for reviewing and validating technical drawings and construction documentation. Experience with SketchUp, Revit, or other design and modeling software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, engineering standards, and applicable Indonesian building regulations.
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Experience in project budgeting, cost estimation, Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation, and project scheduling.
  • Familiarity with site surveying processes, construction quality control, and project monitoring practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to resolve project issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct regular site visits across project locations.
