Job Objective

Group Technology at DBS is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to enhance our banking infrastructure. This role involves analyzing business requirements for consumer banking products, collaborating on efficient workflows, and driving digital initiatives to improve customer experiences through integrated mobile app releases. You will contribute to our strategic focus on productivity, quality, control, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for consumer banking products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient workflows and processes.
• Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance customer experience.
• Participate in project management activities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
• Provide subject matter expertise and technical guidance to the team on CRM and onboarding systems.
• Drive the delivery of digital initiatives, integrating mobile app releases to improve customer journeys.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking industry.
• Strong domain knowledge in CRM and onboarding workflow systems.
• Proven track record in driving digital transformation and delivering integrated mobile app releases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
